Estaba todo muy bien, tanto la ubicación, como la limpieza y también el trato del personal. Lo único es que la calefacción no permitía subir de cierta temperatura, por lo que hacía frío. Además, el último día dejó de funcionar por completo.

En niveles generales está bien, aunque con algún detalle que mejorar. La atención del personal de 10 y la ubicación. A mejorar limpieza en algunos puntos como fregadero y zona de baño, la presión de la ducha bastante floja y el radiador de toallas no funcionaba. La cama es aceptable para pasar un par de días, pero mejorable también

I note your comments regarding cleanliness, shower pressure, the towel warmer, and bed comfort, and will ensure these are reviewed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. The heated towel rails are currently disconnected as a safety precaution while we await manufacturer sign off, and I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand that comfort is subjective, and if we can provide additional duvets or bedding to make the bed more comfortable, our team will be happy to assist.
