Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I'm pleased that you chose to stay with us, I was sorry to learn that several aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. As an aparthotel, we offer a slightly different service model from a traditional hotel, with apartment style accommodation and housekeeping services provided on a reduced schedule rather than daily. We understand that this approach may not suit every guest, especially when compared to a full service hotel, and I am sorry that this was a source of disappointment during your stay. I was also sorry to read your comments regarding your arrival experience. La habitación estudio nos resultó muy cómoda pero las alfombras de todo el hotel mostraban manchas por todos lados, platos de comida en la puerta de la habitación de al lado dejada por más de 24 hr sin ser recogida Wifi no funcionó en ningún momento en nuestra habitación El calentador del baño tampoco funcionaba y nos dijeron que no funcionaba en todo el hotel Los empleados muy amables

Primero de todo un10 para el personal de recepción. Después comentar que a pesar de ser un apartahotel no queda bien llegar y que el cliente tenga que hacer su cama(sofá cama) a pesar de pedir habitación exterior no fue asi del todo ya qie daba a una especie de patio Dinde se podía ver a los clientes de enfrente. Todo muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. También me parece mal qie cobren las toallas y el precio del desayuno me parece excesivo para lo que ofrecen, dado que encima si bajas tarde apáñelas queda de nada.
