The Gyle Centre tram stop lies just a short walk from our door, carrying you straight into the heart of the city, and our reception is at your service through the night, ready to arrange a taxi whenever the hour calls for one. I am sorry your room went unserviced one morning. Our team is present around the clock, and a quiet word at the desk would have seen it looked after the very same day. Breakfast follows the ibis budget standard, a format set across the brand, and your room is our standard triple: a double bed with a bunk above. Even so, our pricing remains among the most competitive in the area and sits comfortably below what the city centre commands.
