However, our room occupancy rules are clearly stated and apply regardless of whether the occupants are adults or children. These limits are in place due to fire safety regulations and the size and capacity of each room. During the booking process, once four occupants were entered, the system automatically allocated two rooms to comply with the permitted occupancy limits. This is not a charge applied based on the age of the children, but a requirement we must follow for the safety of all our guests. The two rooms booked were clear and in your booking confirmation.
