Smoky night

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

Nice stay here...the only is to find breakfast is quite dificult..maybe during the MCO ....but overall this Hotel is very good ....staff also polite and helpful.Room is nice and clean and the price in valuable parking is easy...and safe

Im satisfied with Hotel hygienic, front desk service, size of room, and facilties. It is affordable price with quality services offered. Im satisfied with the Wifi connection speed with spacious work station desk.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The bed is comfortable and fluffy and i like the desk lamp. The shower door had hit the ceiling due to poor design / fitting. Please fix it. The pool and gym has also opened.

The bed is comfy, hotel located in a strategic location with lots of eateries. Courteous frontdesk.Staffs are helpful and friendly. Nevertheless, the room is full of stains..right from the bed to the toilet seat need to buck up in terms of maintenance and cleanliness
