Rooms were neat and clean. We had booked four rooms as we came for wedding in the family. Wedding was in Ball Room and we enjoyed it due to very good arrangements by your staff, excellent food and decent decor. Everyone from Security to Reception, to Housekeeping to Restaurant was helpful and always smiling. Wonderful experience indeed.

Has been visiting Grand Mercure last 10 to 15 years I have noticed improvement every year for the good and the ambience very friendly staff i compliment Mr Sunil who has always made my stay very comfortable mate my needs Your happy hour was confusing wat you displayed didn’t meet the menu eg sandwiches and burgers were not included in happy hours Having tried your spring rolls and veg samosas lack of quality and flavour not standard of Surya place I have tried Good improvement on Gym equipment and spa facilities expect steam room temp Room very comfortable bonus on smart tv
