The Breakfast Quality was Very Good. However the cleanliness of room was not upto mark and one light in shower area was not working. The waiting time for lift was very high in the evening.

Hotel is very good and it's gym also very good gym is equipped with much more equipments and gym trainer Mr. Nilesh is very good trainer and very good person, they helped in exercise and explain how to do right exercise. Hotel staff is supportive and caring my overall experience with hotel is superb.

I would not recommend the stay to anybody. Half of the rooms were under renovation and so we didnt get rooms of our choice. A lot of unpleasant discussions with the staff The staff is discourteous. The swimming pool was empty with no water. A waiter at the restaurant kept staring at what we are eating how much we are eating and then when we pay the bill, he brings us change of 7-8 coins of 10 rupees so that we could tip him that sayong they dont have 50 rupee note and give change to all customers. Only saving grace was the food thanks to the chef. Overall will not recommend this hotel.

We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Grand Mercure Ballroom at the Surya Palace in Vadodara. Guests and all of us had an amazing time. Service, Decor and food were of the highest quality. Authentic food taste for all the different cuisines we had won’t different meals. Serving staff was friendly and in particular live counter servers were doing nice job of attending to the guests. Highly recommend this venue as a one stop shop for event. You will get the right advice and all the support you will need to ensure that your function goes through as per your expectations. Animesh, our account manager was there at the every stage to guide and ensure that everything went smoothly. Extremely happy with the end to end experience!
