I stayed 5 days at Hotel des Arts— what a wonderful experience. Thi greeted us at the front desk and checked us in. We were tired and wanted to check in hours before the official time. She was able to accommodate us ,as well as cheerfully changing currencies and mailing postcards. She was impressive! Duony (Andrew) was our concierge. Multiple times a day he advised us on restaurants, museums, and activities . He was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. He was also good at estimating distances and making sure we had the maps and information we needed. He was impressive! Nhut greeted us at the entrance whenever we came in. He remembered our names, remembered where we had been, and was helpful with anything we needed— including getting us ice water when we were too tired to do so. He was impressive! We had a wonderful experience, and will stay in Hotel Des Arts every time we come to Saigon. Sincerely, Lynn Freeman President, C3 Katy Ventures Katy, Texasl

Excellent customer service. Including Tân NHUT, senior bell supervisor. The concierge staff and check-in staff are also wonderful. Ditto the cleaning.

Lovely hotel, would return

My husband and mother and I stayed here for 4 nights over Christmas, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms (1811 and 1812) were beautiful and the hotel is on a slightly quieter street (if that's possible in HCMC!!) and was a very convenient location for sightseeing. We enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, particularly the local Vietnamese dishes and French bakery goods. We had access to the Sky Lounge which was a peaceful and exclusive space with generous evening drinks and snacks. The rooftop pool was not shaded enough for us to spend too much time in, but had a killer view! The rooftop bar at night was fun and we always got the best seats as hotel guests. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Christmas Brunch at the Albion Restaurant was superb. We had a memorable stay for our first visit to HCMC, and would stay again if returning.

Nhut was excellent! he was very helpful in getting the bag fixed. Very friendly greeting us at the door. We were here for family vacation and he made us feel at home

Fantastic hotel! We loved the neighborhood and the rooftop bar at night was a highlight. Phuong at reception was so welcoming and shared his favorite banh mi spots. It was a great stay!
