From the moment we got out of our cab we were treated like royalty . As Accor gold members we were fortunate to be upgraded to Executive level which entitled us to use the executive lounge . It was an awesome experience . The staff at the hotel from reception to housekeeping were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always asking for ways to help us even once seeing me having trouble with pickup by a grab driver so they spoke to him in Vietnamese and solved the issue . The staff in the breakfast buffet were also awesome and very attentive . The staff in executive lounge were very welcoming and attentive. We dined at the mad cow where the food and service were both excellent . The service at the roof top bar was outstanding with special mention to a young Vietnamese woman from Australia whose service and friendliness stood out ( sorry her name escapes me ) . I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Saigon as it’s location and quality of service are brilliant

A very friendly staff member at the concierge with the name of Mr. Duy Bell helped us with all there is to do in Ho Chi Minh City, which was a great help in planning an enjoyable stay including activities, shopping and lots more! Very humble staff at the hotel with the signature asian hospitality. Loved the central location.

Roof top bar overlooking the city. Beautiful food in the mad cow restaurant food cooked in front of you. Very clean hotel and lovely staff. Lovely rooftop pool and spa. Breakfast was very good and the Christmas ginger bread village very clever made. Would recommend a stay December 2024.

Excellent property !! We have been coming to this hotel ever since it opened up in 2014 . This hotel goes above and beyond our expectations always . The staff here always make us feel welcomed. So amazing, this is my first time to Viet Nam and I choose Pullman for my trip. It was great that we're arranged the quite room, it help my mother so much (#1816). Food is good, we're vegetarian and there's always enough food for us on breakfast. Thanh reception was so kind and cute, he ask me my future plan after leaving HCMC (must be Da Nang) and so surprised that he use to work there. So amazing that I got a lot of useful imforamtion about my next trip. I introduce me Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An tour which safe my time so much. Thank you for everything.
