Good hotel with outstanding service

We had a pleasant stay — the room was comfortable and the location very convenient. The welcome team decorated the room and offered us a nice cake for our wedding anniversary. The rooftop bar was a highlight: spacious, beautifully set up, and a great spot to unwind. Breakfast at Food Connexion offered a good variety and quality spread. I’d like to especially commend one of the staff members, Anh, from the breakfast team. Despite us not dining there every morning, she remembered our room number and greeted us warmly each time. Her attentiveness and hospitality stood out . On our last day, she even picked up on a passing comment I made to my husband about the sparkling water running out and went out of her way to check (with a colleague) and follow up, even asking if I needed a carrier for the drink. Small gestures like these really made a difference. Highly recommended!

pullman saigon is our go to when visiting ho Chi minh it never lets us down very comfortable bed and facilities close to many bars and restaurants

The seats, the atmosphere, the lights, the staffs, the foods and drinks were absolutely perfect when you need time to relax. Especially i love the music and appreciate that they can make the drink that i like. Recommend to invite friends and family.

For a short stay in Ho Chi Minh, for an excellent hotel.

The room has a modern design, the view to the main street is good (we were on the 10th floor). The street noise cannot be heard either. The personnel is very helpful and understanding. Of course if you want to point on negative point, you could speak about the choice of TV channel, which is average, but to be honest we did not come to the Pullman Saigon Centre for the TV (by the way, the TV set itself is a good Samsung device). The choice for breakfast is plenty, from local to continental, one can find many things to his/her taste. The restaurant on its side might seem to propose less choice than what they propose for the breakfast. The fitness center is open 24/7 and some might find it is lacking some machines (weight maybe), but for our needs it was perfect: treadmill, weights, rower, yoga mat, etc. Bonus point to the available fruits and water. The outside swimming pool is very nice and allows to swim lengths without any problem, unfortunately we only used it once, at night and it was windy, but it was enough for our needs. Another thing, people should go to the top floor for the view and enjoy the evening from its 30th floor.
