My stay at the Ibis Saigon South Hotel during my recent business trip to Ho Chi Minh City was outstanding. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their genuine hospitality made a significant impact, as they took the time to understand my needs and provide personalised service. Each morning, I looked forward to the breakfast buffet, which was a delightful experience featuring a wide range of options. The selection included an enticing assortment of fresh fruits, flaky pastries, and a variety of hearty hot dishes, all prepared with care and detail. The quality of the food was impressive, boasting vibrant flavours that made breakfast a highlight of my day. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness. The common areas were well-maintained and inviting, and my room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, creating a relaxing environment for both work and leisure. The high standards of hygiene provided a sense of security and comfort throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Ibis Saigon South Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, whether for business or leisure. Cockroaches in the room and dirty supplies. Dirty hotel. I so sad for rent this hotel. 170(one hundred seventeenth) dollars for what? PS: you don't right personal hotel, I hate you.

The hotel is close to SECC and had a wonderful breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ms. Moja and Ms. Joy at the reception. They made our experience much better!

Great location - Exceptional Staff

Had a nice 4 day stay here with the wife and kids. Rooms not too big but nice and cosy and the location great. Highlight was the staff we dealt with… particularly Moja and Joy who checked us in and out. Moja’s Perfect English and infectious personality had us enjoying every interaction right from the moment of check-in. When we were out and about with a tour guide my 7yo said “can we go and get her from the hotel instead of our tour guide we miss her” haha … they were quite upset when I told them she cannot leave the hotel. Of all the Vietnamese we dealt with on our 13 day holiday around Vietnam … both Moja and Joy were our favourite two people that we dealt with on all our travels. Very lucky hotel to have these 2 wonderful girls. We hope when we return late next year when we will stay there again that they are both still working there! Thanks girls … you made our stay an A+ experience … and because of you 100% we will be back! 😊
