Our third time here and we will be back again. Most favorite is executive lounge at 19th floor. All staffs have good service mind especially Miss Tho, Miss Anh and also Mr.Khao Thank you Mr. Viet, restaurant manager, for listening. And we are appreciative of your feedback.

Jason at the Novotel Saigon provided truly exceptional concierge service during my stay. He was incredibly helpful with restaurant and food recommendations, suggesting excellent local spots as well as great options nearby. Jason also gave thoughtful advice on tourist attractions and helped arrange transportation, making everything smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitude made a big difference in my experience. A big thank you to Jason for going above and beyond—he is a real asset to the Novotel Saigon team.

Great hotel. Nice food friendly staff. Good value for money. Great location. HUNG was very friendly! Would go back anything if visiting Saigon.
