Horrible experience! 561 chf paid = 580€ circa to sleep with cockroaches in a single room! The room was very smelly and extremely dirty, the elevator arrives at the 5th floor and if you are staying at tge 6th or the 7th you carry your luggage by yourself! The hotel belongs to the Mercure: they should be ashamed to ask this price for this quality.

If you are keen to sleep with cockroaches then you can choose this hotel. The smokes smell is as well something thank will stay with you not only during your staying but even after tho because it impregnates in your clothes. What it nice as well is that toi get a room on the 6th or 7th floor and you have the elevator that goes till the 5th floor, which means that you carry your luggages on the stairs because the people who works there do not ask you if you need help,… obviously for the price of 330€ the night dor a single room with a 90 cm width bed!

Absolutely awful experience! We had a confirmed booking since May, and when we arrived at the hotel on the same day of check-in, they told us they didn’t have a room for us anymore because they decided to take a big group of 15 rooms instead. They tried to send us to another hotel, which was much worse, and we didn’t accept because that’s not what we booked or paid for. We were suddenly left with nowhere to sleep, standing there after traveling, tired and angry. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful thing a hotel can do. They completely ruined our plans and didn’t care at all. Avoid this place at all costs! They clearly don’t care about their guests — only about making more money.

Four star hotel next to Frankfurt am Main Railway station and not far from Frankfurt financial district (Mainhattan), 30 minutes walking distance from city centre (Roemer), comfortable rooms equipped vith coffe making factilities (Tchibo Caffisimo) and minibar, buffet bfreakfast which os good enough, rates are reasobnable for location.

My Mercure frankfurt messe stay

It's a functional hotel located in the Messe business area, close to frankfurt main train station and close to all major amenities. The beds are very small but comfortable, cleanliness is ok, they clean on a daily basis. There is rough street close to it with drug addicts and fights but normally they don't bother u.
