I had a really good experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The breakfast selection was nice, and the hotel’s location was convenient for getting around the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Ibis Styles Sri Damansara — a home away from home

This became my second stay at an Accor property with Plus status—and I’ve been back quite a few times since: sometimes for a night, sometimes for a week. With the MRT Putrajaya Line now fully operational, Sri Damansara Barat station is within walking distance, making travel to the city center easy and direct. The hotel is cozy and boutique-like. The staff is friendly and consistent — they treat me like a friend, not just a guest. They go beyond expectations: once, I forgot my charger at another hotel, and the manager didn’t just call—he personally brought it to me. That’s care in action. Breakfast isn’t huge, but it’s well thought out and tasty — a balanced selection, including chapati and curry. Everything feels fresh and carefully prepared. If you explore the a la carte menu, I recommend trying their spicy tom yam — perfect for those who enjoy authentic heat — or the black pepper chicken for something flavorful but milder. There’s a supermarket nearby for essentials, and if you’re craving fast food, McDonald’s is within walking distance. The MRT station is just a short stroll away — very convenient, though you might hear the trains during the day. Still, that convenience more than makes up for it.

Location is gd. Hotel room clean. We were staying in this hotel from 26/12/24 to 29/12/24 which is room 909 & 910 . The front office manager Mr Yoga Rahman is very friendly, helpful n kind . The mrt is next to the hotel tat u can go to the new shopping mall TRX , pavilion and a lot of eatery shops. Thank you Mr Yoga Rahman 🙏🙏🙏🥰

Great value family suite with great staff

Go for the family suite on the top floor! Requested quiet room on the top floor and we were allocated such a room, thanks! Nice separation of space between the lounge and bedroom. Good sized sofa bed. Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning, an essential in the tropics, was super. Great touch with the water filter in the hallway. MRT is right outside. Reception staff were all very helpful and Housekeeping was quite responsive throughout our stay. Very minor disappointment was the breakfast range and some traffic noise, as it was on a highway. Still a great value hotel!
