ตอนเช้าลงไปกินข้าว มีพนักงานทอดใครอยู่หนึ่งคน เด็กๆที่ไปแข่งกีฬาแทบไม่มีอาหารกินเลย ตอนเย็นกลุ่มเด็กนักเรียนไม่มีที่นั่งเพราะมีกลุ่มสัมมานา เจ้าหน้าที่ไล่เด็กให้ออกไปนั่งข้างนอก อาหารก็ไม่พอให้เด็กทาน เป็นการไปโรงแรมในเครือที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอ

We sincerely apologize that staffing levels and seating arrangements did not meet expectations, especially during what should have been a smooth and supportive start to an important day for the children competing in sports. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find limited food options and insufficient seating due to another group event. Asking the children to sit outside is certainly not the level of hospitality we aim to provide. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our management and food & beverage teams. Helpful staff and i liked my room. Location is a little far out but well connected to trains into town. I arrived late and no food options were available apart from ordering out. Breakfast was limited in options and not a reason to come herre.
