We stayed for 4 nights in a corner room, which was thoughtfully prepared to welcome us as Platinum members. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was overall good, though the shower room felt a bit small in size. Breakfast at the Club Lounge was enjoyable. It would be even better if a soup of the day could be added to the selection. The staff at the Club Lounge were attentive, service-minded, and always ready to assist.

Overall a pleasant stay, but I’d like to give some feedback regarding cleanliness of the dishes in both the Club Lounge and the restaurant on the first floor. I noticed some plates with stains or leftover grease, which affected the dining experience. With a bit more attention to this detail, the overall service quality would be much improved.

ไม่สามารถนอนหลับได้สบาย เลยขอห้องอื่นที่จะเช็คอินใหม่ แต่พนักจัดการได้แย่ กว่าจะได้พักผ่อนคือเหนื่อย ถ้าจะแน่นการพักผ่อนที่ดี คงไม่มาที่น.ี้อีก
