Been with Novotel hotels in other country and Novotel KL doesn’t disappoint. Thank you for sending me up there - 26th floor. I and my friend had a best stay and thank you for the hospitality. The frontdesk and the ground staff are very attentive and always ready to help. Even the security personnel are very nice and can really hold a conversation. Special thanks to Afalinda, Magesh, Ms. Dean, and the i tern Hui Xin. You all made this trip possible and memorable in all aspect :). I might have caused some trouble to your team, but still you shower what Novotel hospitality brand is. From one travel industry personnel to another, thank you very very much. See you soon from the guy at 2609.

i fell welcome when check in . the staff was very kind and helpful by khalisa at the counter. premier lounge is also a nice place even less option of food. chai the lounge staff was very nice and always look for me. she always smile kindly and nice attitude.

We checked in around 1 am after late flights and rushing to make connections. It was great to be met by very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was a treat too. Very nice options and Junaid served us well. We were even allowed to have a late checkout so that we can go make our Friday prayers and then come back to sort out the hotel. Great work team.

the bedsheet is the crispy cleaniest i ever touch...lurve...so much ...will repeats stay again...as yearly healing gateways activity.....the food is france based taste so indulging taste n light calories...the pool waters is clean as blue as the skies...
