โดยรวมไม่แย่แต่ขอติ ตรงที่ไม่โอเคคือ 1. ไวไฟโรงแรมแย่มาก ให้พักชั้นบนสุดที่เป็นชั้นพรีเมี่ยม แต่ต้องเอาคอมมานั่งทำงานตรงแถวประตูห้องเพราะอินเตอร์เน็ตสัญญาณไม่เสถียร มือถือต่อสัญญาณแล้วค้าง ทำงานลำบากมาก คือมาพักเพื่อทำงานไม่ได้พักผ่อนแต่โรงแรมไม่พร้อมเลย ติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ไปรอบนึงก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรให้ดีขึ้น 2. แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดเช้ามาก กินเข้าเช้ายังไม่ทันเสร็จกลับมาเอาของเข้ามาทำความสะอาดแล้ว กับบางวันนอนอยู่ก็มาปลุก คือฟิวอยู่โรงเรียนประจำ? 3.น้ำดื่มในห้องให้ใช้จากก๊อกน้ำในอ่างล้างหน้า ตือเข้าใจว่ารักษ์โลก แต่การทำแบบนี้ไม่ได้รู้สึกว่ามันปลอดภัยพอ แม้จะแจ้งว่ามีตัวกรอง3M ก็ไม่ได้รู้สึกปลอดภัย พักโรงแรมแต่ได้น้ำเปล่าที่แย่กว่าอยู่ที่บ้านอีก นี่มาอยู่โรงเรียนประจำหรอ? โรงแรมระดับโนโวเทลกินน้ำตามก๊อก? จะรักษ์โลกแต่ไม่ได้ดูภาพลักษณ์โรงแรมตัวเองเลย

We regret to learn about the unstable Wi-Fi connection, which did not meet your expectations, especially as you were travelling for business. Please be assured that reliable connectivity is a priority for us, and your feedback has been shared with our technical team for immediate review and improvement. We are also sorry for the disturbance caused by the timing of our housekeeping service. This is certainly not the experience we intend to provide, and we will reinforce our procedures to ensure guest comfort and privacy are always respected. Regarding the in-room drinking water, we understand that the setup may not be comfortable for everyone. However, we would like to reassure you that the water is safe for consumption, as it is filtered through a certified 3M drinking water system with NSF certification. This initiative supports our sustainability efforts, and most of our guests are comfortable with this arrangement. Once again, we apologise for the shortcomings during your stay and truly appreciate your honest feedback. I am happy that hotel has completed renovation. As a returning guest, I have seen so many things improved including room and service standard. Speed and service of check in is much better. My team and I always had problem during check in. Speed of HK and maintenance is also much faster. Sales team and FB who are taking care of our function in restaurant is very good too. The other staff that I would like to praise is the one in lobby bar. ( I still cant remember his name after many years. He is an old staff who was on club floor in the past upstair and was moved down to lobby bar lately. He is very polite and attentive. All of our team like him). My only negative comments are the air con in the room should be deep clean more often as I always have allergy problem. Room itself is clean so I suspect the air con cleanliness. The other issue is operator who answer the call from the room. It is still slow as it used to be. I called a few times when I want maintenance to fix leaking host :- no answer. After operator answered, so thing get fixed on good speed.
