Had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur. From the room, ambience, to the service — everything was top-notch and truly relaxing. Special thanks to Raynalin from the #HG Breakfast Team for the excellent service during breakfast. She was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made our morning even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would recommend. Looking forward to coming back again!

Was absolutely fantastic i Arrived feeling unwell, they made the process so fast so i could rest. The service was outstanding throughout the stay, the room beautiful too. The breakfast was delicious fresh menu and cold buffet options with a view and breeze on the deck. Booked a sunset table at vertigo and was a great idea for 7pm. Would stay again very happy.

We had an incredible time at Banyan Tree hotel 🤩 The location is perfect and the whole team is incredibly friendly and courteous. Even if you are still tired, Raynalin from #HG Breakfast Team will let you have a wonderful start of the day and make you feel happy 😄 After having dinner at one of the great restaurants you can enjoy the marvellous view at the rooftop bar enjoying a drink 🍸 Thanks to the whole team and we definitely will come back!
