Personale gentile e disponibile. La vicinanza a Damansara City Mall (DC Mall) ha anche il vantaggio di poter fare una passeggiata (cosa altrimenti faticosa a causa del caldo). Buona la colazione e il cocktail time presso la club lounge. Le poltroncine ecccessivamente pesanti rendono scomodo il soggiorno.

It seems there was a rookie staff member who handled our check-in, and they were unable to inform us whether the hotel bar was open at that time. The check-in process took a long time for just two rooms. In our room, the air conditioning could not be turned off, which was inconvenient. However, it was still better than the broken iron provided in the room, which indicated that the staff had not checked the room properly. This could have potentially led to an electrical short circuit or worse. During checkout, the staff acknowledged our requests but did not follow up to inform us whether everything was alright. We waited for a considerable amount of time until we decided to ask if we could leave.
