We booked two rooms to break our journey and I have to say it was the best decision! We booked via the ACCOR App with some of our points and got an offer on two rooms as there was four of us - 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old). I phoned the week before to confirm and they found my booking straight away. They were very helpful and said they would help in preparing two rooms next to each other one with a double and one with twin beds. They also gave us the code for the gates just in case we were delayed and arrived after 22.00. On arrival, they confirmed our rooms which we knew about already and were happy to book a restaurant nearby for us. They have quite a few nearby (10 ms walk) and if you bring your card you get 10%off as well. You also have the bowling next door and a cinema at the front. The parking is secured with automatic gates at night which is reassuring. There is three floors and we were in the top floor. The two rooms had a mini internal corridor in between and it was lovely to have one entrance door and then two rooms opposite with their own entrance door for privacy. The twin room was huge and can also fit 3 singles beds with a large bathroom with a bath and screens if you shower. The double room was smaller with a large shower. Both have TV with French tv, pull-down blinds, toiletries and hairdryer, air-con and extra pillows. The rooms were very quiet and we could not hear and of the other clients. Duvet and beds very comfy. Morning breakfast was busy from 8.30 but it was very generous. Cereals, viennoiseries, cakes, mini pancakes, yoghurt and topping, eggs to be soft boil etc, cheese and ham. Drinks were good with fresh orange juice from machine. The personnel was great, very helpful and can speak English. For the price, it’s a steal! Will definitely stop by again.

Very hot day, so I was looking forward to an air conditioned room. It wasn’t working, so I spoke to reception, and they went off and said they had turned it on. I had a cooling beer while I gave the a/c a chance to work. After a while, went back to the room and it was roasting. Reception offered a fan, but this only blows the hot air around. I went out to eat and the room was just the same. I ended up running a towel under cold water and sleeping on that. Breakfast was average. In summary, the hotel was average, (a few restaurants nearby to eat). The lack of a/c is very poor.

Very spacious family room with air-con. Decent breakfast and lots of places for dinner nearby on the industrial estate. Daytime staff were very helpful; however night time staff were somewhat grumpy/rude.

For a one night stop over this hotel is fine. The double rooms are better than the family rooms and there are plenty of resturants within a few minutes walk to get an evening meal. The breakfast is basic and great for a quick start to the day but be aware that there is only one staff member running the catering so if things go wrong there will be delays at busy times.

Previous to our arrival we received an email to confirm all precautions that will be taken in the hotel because of Covid. On our arrival in our room we found sock from prev9customer under the desk in plain view. Makes me wonder if our room was even hoovered? In the bar there were dirty tables from previous customers and not wiped down. The breakfast was poor for an Ibis Styles. We had nicer breakfast in a budget the day after. The room was worn and tired. It is very dog friendly and plenty restaurants nearby.
