Delightful hotel with kind and friendly staff. Comfortable accommodation, super clean. Great breakfast - though always EXACTLY the same: small changed on hot dishes, for example, would make things more appealing.

The location is perfect - close to the beach, safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafes. Room size is on the small size but still ok. I didn’t like two things - the lights in the room have a master key and to turn the lights in the bathroom this also turns the lights in the room itself which is super inconvenient- if you get up at night to use the bathroom you would wake up your roommate…. Second thing I didn’t like was the breakfast- exactly the same breakfast every morning- gets boring for more than 2 days…

Sauna closed. Shower made bathroom floor all wet, we called and they gave us extra towels. They didn’t give us extra tea bag, we needed to buy! No lotion, no tissue paper

We were not at all impressed by this hotel. We booked using a credit card via a secure online portal. Following our booking, the hotel contacted us several times asking us to separately send our credit card information on a PDF form (that was for a spa, not the hotel) and stating that our reservation would be cancelled if we did not provide this information. We had to contact the hotel multiple times to ensure our reservation was not cancelled if we did not send our credit card information to a seemingly unrelated business via a PDF form. When we arrived at the hotel, they put two holds on our card for the entire price of the stay. They also added a number of charges. We ultimately did get a room and they charged us for only one stay, but the entire process was overly complicated and stressful. The room itself was fine, but nothing special. It had a slight smell, and you could not turn on the bathroom light without also turning on a light in the bedroom. This was very annoying because we had two people in the room, so if someone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light in the bedroom went on for the person sleeping. The hassle of dealing with payment and the stress that our reservation would be cancelled was the real issue. I would definitely not stay here again.
