The water dispenser in the hallway on the 11th floor took too long to fill my bottle; it was very annoying to use because of the time it wasted. As for breakfast, I didn't like how they prepared the eggs—they left them half-cooked, and I like them well-done. When I asked for an omelette or for them to cook two eggs to my liking, they charged me for it, whereas at other hotels it's free or they have a chef who prepares the eggs exactly as the guest requests.
