Conheço a rede Ibis Styles, mas fiquei decepcionada com esse hotel. Vazamento no banheiro, luz em cima do espelho não funciona, não tem toalhas de rosto (política do hotel). Não tem cobertor extra. O trem incomoda bastante durante a madrugada. Mas não tem o que fazer a não ser colocar janelas com acústica. Desprovido totalmente de decoração tanto nos quartos quanto no ambiente do café, principalmente se tratando de uma categoria Styles. Os funcionários estão de nota 10. Todos muitos simpáticos e prestativos!

In my opinion, the room of the hotel fits as a regular Ibis (red), and not as Ibis Styles as it is sold. The bathroom had a strong smell of humidity.

It turns out that the problem there is the following: we couldn't sleep, because the rooms they provided us were close to the train line and the noise doesn't suit us when we want to sleep. I paid in advance to provide it to me without fuss. I was not attended to.
