We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed our central Auckland location and found our team to be friendly, though we’re sorry some aspects of the facilities did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your stay, there appears to have been some miscommunication, as you were provided with a complimentary upgrade to one of our suites, subject to availability at check-in. We regret that this was not clearly recognised during your experience. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and were very satisfied with the food at our restaurant, it is great to know this was a highlight of your stay. At the same time, we are truly sorry to learn about your disappointing experience with the lounge and service, particularly during check-in. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for early check-in without clear communication or an estimated completion time, especially while waiting in the lounge. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are also concerned to hear that, despite the difficulties you were experiencing, there was no visible support or engagement from a manager. This feedback is taken very seriously, particularly as you are a valued Platinum member, and we regret that your loyalty was not reflected in the service you received. Your comments have been shared with our management and front office teams so we can review our check-in procedures, communication standards, and leadership presence to ensure improvements are made.
