We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location and were very satisfied with the food at our restaurant, it is great to know this was a highlight of your stay. At the same time, we are truly sorry to learn about your disappointing experience with the lounge and service, particularly during check-in. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for early check-in without clear communication or an estimated completion time, especially while waiting in the lounge. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We are also concerned to hear that, despite the difficulties you were experiencing, there was no visible support or engagement from a manager. This feedback is taken very seriously, particularly as you are a valued Platinum member, and we regret that your loyalty was not reflected in the service you received. 호텔의 위치가 시내 중심이고, 직원들이 매우 친절함. 객실도 깨끗하고 분위기 좋고, 라운지도 좋음. 조식 뷔페를 15층 전망 좋은 곳에서 제공함. 14층 좋은 방을 배정 받아서 전망이 좋았음. 아쉬운 점은 욕실의 조명이 어둡고, 디자인 측면만 고려하고 실용적인 면이 고려되지 않아서 조명의 위치가 좋지 않아 눈이 많이 부시고 불편해서 개선이 필요해 보임.
