Don’t stay at Pullman Auckland Airport! Truly disastrous experience. First, they tried to charge me $30 per hour for early check-in. The woman (Soda**) at the reception was very unfriendly and incompetent refusing me to have a look at the room that would have been available directly. They said, if I would wait for a couple of hours, I could get a room with a nice runway view and instead I looked directly at the other hotel and some ugly terminal buildings. I never experienced this level of incompetence at any four or five star hotel in my life.

Nice comfortable hotel, especially enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Plus the gym was equipped a lot better than other hotels I have stayed at. On the downside the bath/shower combo was somewhat dated and could do with an upgrade

Love the Pullman, but the parking is diabolical. You forget things when rushing and arriving. Separate parking that is on hotel

I love staying at the pullman yet this time parking below pullman has changed. I was trying to be frugal and save on the valet. Park the car myself. But when I came to check out after my stay to pay for parking and was told it is belonging to a separate company. I was charged $105.00 for one night parking. That is what will stop me from going back. Hotels should have their own parking and it not confuse guests! Oh and you are not allowed to access your car after 10pm as to the new parking owners rules. They stop access at 10pm making you walk the three levels below from where you drive in if you forgot your bedtime pills! And three levels back to hotel. Sad part of my stay. Oh and no gym was ready until my last morning I saw a comfrence room open on way to pool. Saw people in there on gym equipment. Was not informed about that at all! Needed to do some sets. I am a member of all accor the best hotel chain in the world!

The facilities are fantastic, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. A special mention to R J Manager, who handled an issue we faced with such professionalism and promptness. He not only resolved our concern quickly but also followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. It’s service like this that truly sets Pullman Auckland apart. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable experience.

Stayed at many airport hotels and this one is fabulous! Can not fault anything about it. Breakfast and evening meals above and beyond. Spotless, everywhere and all the staff truly genuine and lovely. Would not hesitate in staying here if I was lucky enough to visit New Zealand again.
