Great location, literally metres from harbour, restaurants everywhere, right in the heart of it, HUGE apartment, great balcony, lost a star as it is dated and needs a refurbishment and the rooms are desperately in need of an update, but that is more than made up for in the fact of the location and amenities around it, getting in quite an issue though, arrived today with loads of bags, and staff watched as I had to fumble around to open the door with fob/key, understand security but this was 3.30pm and 2 staff just stood and stared. Up cafe looked great but didnt try it and not open on weekends or after 3 but loads of food options locally, really great place

The hotel itself is very strategically located at AUCKLAND CBD. Very convenient to go anywhere, few steps to Queen Street and harbor. Room is pretty big, clean and comfort although a bit tired. However, I'm quite happy to stay here and willing to come back again

TRAVAUX DE RAVALEMENT je viens d'annuler ma réservation de 15 jours en mars parce que j'ai découvert par hasard qu'il va y avoir des travaux de peinture sur l'immeuble de décembre à juin ! échauffadages obstruant les fenêtres, bruit de chantier... l'info n'était pas sur le site accor mais sur le site direct de quay west. THE SEBEL QUAY WEST AUCKLAND – NOTICE OF RECTIFICATION WORKS Dear Valued Guest, From December 2025 until June 2026, painting rectification works will be taking place at The Sebel Quay West, Auckland. We understand the works may cause some inconvenience, and we apologize in advance for any disruption caused. Every effort will be made to minimise the impact on our guests with the following schedule implemented; • Work Hours: The works will be conducted from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm. There will be no work carried out on weekends. • Noise Impact: We anticipate some noise impact as the work will be performed. We will provide regular updates on the progress of the works and notify you of any significant changes or delays that may occur. We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we undertake these necessary rectification works. 세탁기와 건조기까지 부족한 것이 없는 시설을 갖추었으며 방에서 부분적이지만 항구 풍경도 보입니다. 중심가인 퀸스 스트리트에서 한블럭 옆이라 위치도 최고입니다.

My wife and I spent few days in this hotel in CBD Auckland. We were very disappointed. The appartements need to be refurbished and renovated. Don't expect to receive any recognition from your Accor status. If you are not satisfied or if you have a problem and you want to talk with a manager ? They would not talk with you and it seems there is no manager on duty after 5.00pm Forget it !
