We completely understand how important a peaceful and enjoyable night is, especially when you’re only in Auckland for a short visit. It was an exceptionally busy evening, and while we did our best to accommodate all requests, we regret that we were unable to provide you with a higher-floor room. Additionally, I sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance from nearby events and for any inconvenience this caused.
