Don’t miss yoga on the beach with Novi

Morning yoga by the beach under the trees and blue sky listening to the birds was just petfect. Novi the teacher was super knowledgeable and helpful and explained each asana and flow, modifying for me when I needed it. I highly recommend getting out of bed to do yoga at 8am then enjoy a peaceful shavasana before a lovely swim and a delicious breakfast.

Flawless stay!! Great improvement!!

I’ve been reviewing this hotel many times in the past, which most of it i have problem with room availability. But this time i have a fantastic stay. First of all i came at 9 in the morning with luggage as i moved from previous hotel, served by Cassie/Caddie i didnt really remember. Friendly and helpful service during check in, while i request for early check in as i travel with 5 m.o baby. She promise to accommodate this. I left for lunch when they inform at 12.00 our room is ready. Im surprised, as at my previous stay i have never been able to check in before 4 pm. This is a really good improvement. Secondly i request for extra bed as im travelling with kids, and the extra bed was ready when i enter my room. Now in my surprise is the extra bed is free of charge, as they assume this is for kids. This is small amount of money but it make my stay lovely. The rest is good property, comfortable bed and room, GREAT BREAKFAST, complete facility, updated kids activity and there’s nothing else to complain about. I always love this property, but kudos for their team for this improvement. Will definitely coming back!!

We did enjoy our stay with you, room was fab, the food was great, the service was excellent, friendly and so helpful. The resort is amazing. We give you a 10/10 score We would certainly stay there again if we ever come back to Bali. Kindest regards

We had a truly amazing time in Bali and the Sofitel Nusa Dua resort is one of the best on the island! Fabulous hospitality, great food across one of the various restaurants, nice beach area and activities all around. Used the hotel as a basis and then explored the Ubud area, temples, and other parts of the southern area of Bali. We were regulars at the SPA and the Gym / fitness area as well, played ping pong and tennis. The cardio room was our favourite. Many thanks for o lots of lovely Balinese people and staff at the hotel we met and were very helpful, such as Novi and others! We will visit again!!

Well, this might be a long review but worth it. My very first comment is to praise Luxury Escapes who arranged our 12 person holiday at the Sofitel. They were terrific and everything promised was delivered…..will use them again. Arrival at the airport we were met by the transport which included 4 cars some sporting baby seats etc…..no issues Checking at the hotel, quick and seamless. Rooms were available immediately (arrival time was about 1pm) Our room 1001 ground floor near the Kwee zeen restaurant was spacious and had direct water access which enabled quick refreshing dips often after a walk . Big extra large bed with crisp linen and fabulous pillows ensured a great nights sleep. Bathroom again spacious however not overly keen on the lack of privacy in the toilet ( not private to those using the bathroom as just a semi glazed glass door) All in all not an issue. One issue that we did find is a lack of cupboard and shelf space……we do travel with plenty of clothes…however we asked for more coat hangers which relieved the issue. Aircon was quiet and fabulous. As part of our deal we had meal vouchers to all the restaurants and cocktails by the beach…marvellous…except we had to insist on extra alcohol as we all felt the booze was a bit light on !!!!!!! Breakfast always busy but an outstanding array of food choices. We never had to wait for a table. We dined between all 3 restaurants..all excellent…..VIVIAN at the Toya restaurant on the beach remembers our name and room number and very pleasant. Each day our room was cleaned expertly by Yudi Surya Plenty of room for sitting around the vast pools so never had to find room….glad to see that there was no “bagging” lounges early in the morning like some resorts. The Gym here is also excellent and quite large….whilst I couldn’t operate the TV screen on the machines…it was probably my fault. We joined the Millesime club, but only went there for breakfast once, and a cocktail once, as we had the whole family with us (not members) All the staff members were polite and friendly. The pool temperature was good (not too hot like some resorts) We have stayed at most of the luxury resorts in Nusa Dua however Sofitel is very hard to beat. Members of the family used the kids club and reports are that was great. All in all a wonderful family holiday and looking forward to returning.
