This hotel is in a lovely location. The facilities are great and staff mostly friendly. The only downside is the constant up selling from staff members when having out morning breakfast.. it detracts from the quiet holiday vibe

Horrifying - dilapidated hotel with health hazard

Hotel is in dilapidated state.While the service provided was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment as I do not believe this establishment meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. In fact, I would hesitate to even rate it as a 2-star, finding it more akin to a 1-star property. As an Accor member, I had chosen to stay here for a single night before my flight the following day. Upon entering my initial room, I was concerned to observe the presence of mold and a distinct musty odor. I promptly requested a room change, which was accommodated. However, the alternative room presented its own issues, as the balcony door was unable to close properly. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation and relocate to another hotel. I found this to be the shabbiest hotel I have encountered. I am curious as to what may be occurring within Accor, especially given that the hotel itself does not appear to be particularly old. While my cash payment was refunded, the points payment was not. I intend to submit a formal complaint to Accor once my holiday concludes. Additionally, I suspect that the hotel may have restricted the uploading of photos online. Therefore, I advise caution when viewing the online images.

Recently stayed at Mercure Hotel lovely greeting when arrived fruit & small cakes left in room. Staff always happy to help staff who cleaned wonderful 😊 lots of choices at breakfast hotel needs up dating around pool area & bar looks out dated needs a little attention, but lovely clean rooms and always left bottles of water in your room which was very nice and free shuttle bus to beach towels also supplied much appreciated 😊 thank you .

Nice and quiet lovely gardens

Well to wait 4 hrs for your room was not great. They did offer another room to wait in. The ground floor terrace is tiny. When our right room was very wet and slippery, so l asked staff to dry the floor. Room small though the beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good, so were the meals and drinks with our Scoopon voucher. Staff at restaurant great. A short walk when you turn left out of hotel where you will find a supermarket and coffee shop.

Hotel is exactly what I was looking for with great pool and beach access. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Sakthu greeted me my first morning at breakfast and made me feel very welcome. When travelling solo it’s nice to feel at ease in a new place. Thanks to all the Heartist staff for their care!
