Dear oananicodim, At first, let us thank you for the time you have spared during shared this stay experience. Regret that you are recently giving your review of your very past stay on March 2024 so we could not give any recovery of your-not met with expectations-experience. It has come to our attention of the other guest's behavior which clearly we did not allow the guest to eat on our room's corridor. Eventhough that the other's guest behavior is beyond our control, regret that we did not get this information so we could seeking the immediate corrective actions.
