A wonderful time in paradise

We hadn't been back to this resort since February 2025 and noticed many new improvements including the restaurant, new bar at the lower pool and a total rebuild of the beach club which was amazing. The best thing was the welcome given to us by the staff including Grace and Fenny at reception, the lovely ladies at the restaurant as well as Purna and the friendly bar staff including old friends like Restaduda, Riamini, Yuda and Yuka. With a special mention to new staff member, Ryan. Another special mention to Made in the dress shop. We had our grandchildren with us and took the opportunity to have a family photo in the lovely gardens and around the pools. The album was a great present for our son and daughter in law. Another mention to Kevin on the night shift who was very helpful when one of our grandchildren had an earache. Looking forward to coming back to what feels like our second home.

Average, very tired, needs a refurbishment. No hot water, toilet not flushing. Aircon in lounge stuck on 24. Phone not working, internet very poor and keeps dropping out and then reception want to charge me to print some documents (as an ALL Diamond member) I should be the one charging them for not have the basic essentials in a Hotel room !!

Decided to take a day off from work and stay for a short getaway. The check-in experience was smooth, and the room was awesome—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only minor issue was a broken water tap at the bathtub. Breakfast offered a good variety and the taste was satisfactory, though it was missing a bit of the warm hospitality touch during service. The beach area was very clean and enjoyable; however, it would have been nice if staff had approached guests at the sun loungers to offer towels. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few small details that could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

Very unprofessional and making extra money from the customers

I have booked the package through Luxury Escape for 6 Nights. Luxury Escape took one week to confirm my booking with my desired dates after I contacted with the hotel directly few times. Hotel reservation manager Ade confirmed the dates of my booking over the phone. Now I contacted to Luxury Escape to book my holidays, they are asking to pay $85 Per night extra which was not confirmed by hotel and luxury Escape staff earlier. This practice is totally unprofessional and making money from the customers, I have lost my trust & faith with the Luxury Escape. Be careful other customers who has booking with Luxury Escape to not pay extra. Mamta Nigam
