The hotel is ok. The pools are nice but the rooms are run down and lacking !! No mini bar, no hand towels or face washers the soap was the same as the shampoo and conditioner. 90% of the staff weren’t friendly . $9.50 for two scoops of ice-cream (really?) very average service you have to track people down to get a drink, The manager walks around like the king , talking loudly on his mobile phone and barking orders at staff. Noooo we’re not impressed !!! The beach isn’t really beach access …. Worst beach on the strip …. Don’t be fooled you can do better in nusa dua and it ain’t in this hotel !

My stay at the Novotel Bali Benoa was simply fantastic. This hotel offers everything one could wish for a relaxing vacation. Here are my impressions in detail: Food: The culinary offerings at Novotel Bali Benoa were excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich and varied, with a wide selection of international and local dishes. The hotel's restaurants offer outstanding dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing. Particularly noteworthy is the beachside dinner, which stands out not only for the quality of the food but also for its romantic atmosphere. Service: The service at Novotel Bali Benoa is exemplary. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive. Every wish is almost anticipated. I especially want to highlight the worker Astari, who personally took care of our well-being and always had an open ear for our concerns. Her hospitality made our stay truly special. Cleanliness: The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impressive. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily, and the public areas are always well-maintained and clean. This significantly contributes to the pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Location: The location of Novotel Bali Benoa is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The hotel is situated in a quiet area but is in close proximity to various attractions and the beautiful Places. Amenities: The hotel offers a variety of amenities that make the stay even more comfortable. The spacious rooms are modern and stylishly furnished, equipped with all necessary amenities. The fitness room is well-equipped, and there is an extensive wellness program that leaves nothing to be desired. Pool Area: The pool area is a real highlight of the hotel. The large pool landscape with a beautiful view of the surrounding tropical gardens invites you to relax. There are plenty of loungers and shaded areas, making it easy to spend the entire day by the pool. The infinity pool, in particular, offers breathtaking views and is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. Conclusion: My stay at Novotel Bali Benoa was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel impresses with excellent food, top-notch service, impeccable cleanliness, an ideal location, and numerous amenities. A special thanks to the manager, Devi, whose hospitality and dedication made our vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

Family friendly low key resort in Benoa

Stayed for 5 nights as part of a package. Very slow check-in as they weren't expecting us(?). After the initial niggles, we had a very chill time. Stayed in the upgraded rooms on the beach side. Tv was big and bed comfy. Breakfast was good, eggs and pancakes cooked for you, regular restocking of items. Coffee machines were a bit outdated. The breeze everyday made the main pool a challenge - umbrellas couldn't go up due to the winds. Pool attendants were sticklers for towels. Beach out front not appealing to swim in. Overall the staff were great. This is a very quiet area so great if you just want to hang by the resort. Lots of families due to school holidays. Don't expect a 5 star resort when you're not paying 5 star prices. Also please stop with the plastic straws Accor!

Definitely not a 5 Star hotel

This is the worse hotel we have ever stayed. They advertise as a 5 star hotel which definitely not, the service is terrible, the rooms and equipment are dirty. It’s a waste of money to stay at this old accommodation which needs a major upgrade. Not recommended at all.

Lovely New Hotel

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded to a room on the beach side which was exceptionally good. Staff were all friendly. Prices for drinks were more than in Sanur. We found some nice restaurants outside the hotel within a 10 minute walk. Great hotel if you want to relax but not a great deal in the local area other than water sports.
