La chambre n’était pas très grande pour trois personnes. Et notre fille a dormi sur un pauvre lit de camp, même pas un canapé lit… Qualité médiocre pour un « Mercure hôtel ».

Accueil à la réception décevant, attendu 5 minutes avant qu'on nous ouvre la porte. Premières paroles: on ne peut pas avoir la chambre avant 15 h. Rien de convivial.

Habitué du Mercure Invalidenstrasse, j'ai eu la mauvaise idée de réserver dans ce Mercure. Chambre vieillotte exiguë et sans confort, salle de bain minuscule et bruit infernal de la VMC. Bref absolument pas au niveau d'un Mercure.

J’ai passe 3 nuits en séjour affaires avec plusieurs collègues à cet hôtel Une de mes collègues a vu sa chambre innondee et a du changer d’hôtel Ascenseur en panne pendant 4 jours , obligation de monter escalier étroit avec bagages Petit déjeuner médiocre pas assez de tables , je recommande le café Herzberg en face à la place Je regrette de n’être pas allée à l’autre hôtel mercure
