Accueil anonyme, pas de changement de serviette, pas de ménage durant 3 jours, mauvaise coordination avec demandes chaque matin de nous enregistrer à l'accueil pour 3 petits-déjeuners pourtant déjà prépayés, pas de bons accordés: très loin du standard Mercure !

La chambre n’était pas très grande pour trois personnes. Et notre fille a dormi sur un pauvre lit de camp, même pas un canapé lit… Qualité médiocre pour un « Mercure hôtel ».

Accueil à la réception décevant, attendu 5 minutes avant qu'on nous ouvre la porte. Premières paroles: on ne peut pas avoir la chambre avant 15 h. Rien de convivial.

Habitué du Mercure Invalidenstrasse, j'ai eu la mauvaise idée de réserver dans ce Mercure. Chambre vieillotte exiguë et sans confort, salle de bain minuscule et bruit infernal de la VMC. Bref absolument pas au niveau d'un Mercure.
