We were very impressed to how this Hotel is now being back to a great Hotel again :) We had moved our stays when in Wellington to the Movempick because staff seemed unhappy , breakfast had gone backwards , and the Club level evenings canapés never started on time However now everything is back to being a great Hotel again and the best in Wellington once more ! The staff are all very friendly and the service is excellent. The breakfast is once more topnotch and the service great even though it was very busy. The Club level evening canapés were all ready to go at 5pm with great staff and the dinner at night was top notch once again. Highly recommend this Hotel once again.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond in all areas, and truly made this stay what it was. Tapan was a particularly welcoming face at breakfast every morning, and was especially facilitating of our special requests on our last morning. The hotel was lacking in a couple of technical amenities: we were unable to cast our devices to the TV, and the locks lack the ability to connect to the Accor Key app. There were also little things like the bathroom door not properly latching which reduced the quality of the experience slightly. The location was great, and we found that we were able to access most things on foot, although the safety of Wellington at night had us taking a couple of Ubers. Overall a great stay, and hopefully this hotel will be brought into the technical present soon.

Very freindly staff (very helpful), lovely rooms. Breakfast was fantasitc (my kids said breakfast was a highlight!)
