Great location. The tram stop into the centre is at the end of the street. Alternatively it's not far to walk to the museums. The nearby neighbourhood of Dr Pijp is full of restaurants and bars, so very handy in the evenings. The room (and the hotel) was basic but clean. And the staff were friendly and helpful.

We have been welcomed by and Indonesian guy (we forgot the name) who are so helpful and supportive during our entire stay. Tho, the elevator was not working for 1-2 days, it was fine, considering an upgrade during our check in was done by them. Location was amazing!!! Close to tram starion and there's a lot of shops nearby and near to Albert Market.

Otel temiz, rahat ve ev gibi sıcak ortamı var. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok ilgili, sorduğunuz her konuda sizi yönlendiriyorlar. Hem merkeze yakın olmak hem de merkezin karmaşasından uzak ve sakin konaklamak isteyenler için mükemmel bir seçim. Bu otel, tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi. Tekrar Amsterdam'a gittiğimde yine bu oteli seçerim.

Room 403 beware!!! Very smelly! Not a bad location, a bit of a walk from the centre. Hotel staff were pleasant enough! Be warned about room 403, it is the very top room, but the final floor is by way of the most dangerous set of stairs I've ever seen. Only suitable for those with good mobility. Furthermore, the room absolutely stank of stale urine, this it seems was coming from the air con unit, so I imagine many of the other rooms smelt the same. When I mentioned this to the staff at checkout, there was just a slight downturn of the mouth, with no apology or offer for compensation. I shall not be returning to this hotel, and if you're reading this, you should also consider another option.

Great location, really friendly staff, clean, small but pleasant room. Was in walking distance of fabulous market, cafes, park and museums. Did a canal cruise which was awesome. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped with any arrangements needed.
