A nice location to walk from

This hotel is in a very accessible place to walk to the train station and other places of interest. The hotel is well appointed and our room very comfortable. We had a nice lunch in the bar/cafe with good service there, however in the main restaurant the service was poor. Our table was very slow to bring a menu and also to take our order. The table next door to us were also complaining about the slow service and an item they ordered had been missed being brought to the table. Perhaps this was just a bad day but it was not a good look.

Love this hotel and the location. Central station is only 10mins or 1 tram away. We were upgraded to a higher floor with the sea view. The view was fantastic especially on New years day. We could see the night sky come alive set off by the residents' fireworks. Staff and room service are friendly and helpful. Room and toilet are clean. Memorable stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly service

We have stayed at this hotel many times and had another great and memorable stay in December when visiting family in Amsterdam. The location is perfect if you want to be very close to the city centre and Central Station but not directly in the busy areas. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, very clean, and quiet for a good night sleep. We had lunch at the restaurant this time which was very nice with some Dutch and international classics. Breakfast offers a nice spread of local and international favorites. We also used the gym which is small but fully equipped and open 24 hours which is handy too. The team was super friendly, helpful and engaging and we had a great stay.

Really nice hotel, 15 minute walk to the main streets, views from the rooms are fabulous. Didn’t try the food but there is a great self service snacks and cold fridge in the lobby. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to a friend👍

Luxury in the centre of Amsterdam

I stayed here with a friend, it was a great base, close to central station and the centre of Amsterdam. We stayed room only so can't rate the food. Room was spacious with a beautiful view. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna, it is spacious, clean and inviting. I really enjoyed the special touches of free hair brush and razors. It's small things like this that make your life easier away from home.
