Dear Mr. e. o., As we have informed you already by email, we regret that you were involved in an incident where you chose to open your wallet and hand it to strangers. While we understand this has been upsetting, we cannot accept responsibility for personal decisions made by guests, nor for interactions with unknown individuals in public areas of the hotel. Our security team assisted you immediately and advised filing a police report, which you declined. Although we reviewed and secured the camera footage, no staff were involved, and the actions taken were entirely at your discretion. We take guest safety seriously, but we cannot be held liable for situations outside our control. Should you wish to pursue the matter further, we continue to recommend filing an official report with the local police. We remain at your disposal for any further assistance within our capacity.
