As always this was was an excellent experience. The staff is what makes this hotel! It is situated in a great location with easy access to transportation and great restaurants within walking distance. Very secure with no issues. The rooms were very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water and AC. Quiet sleep. The Santa Fe breakfast is the best I have had in a hotel. The staff at the restaurant was always welcoming and they will make anything you want. Overall, I would rank the experience as a 10!

Traveled to Brazil to visit family. I’ve stayed here back in 2006 just after it was opened. It was lovely. This time in 2022 April I would give it a miss. The staff were rude particularly the guy with grey hair and tattoos on his arm at reception. I first got to the room and was surprised and how dirty the whole place was. Stains on the carpet smears on the walls and when I got to my room, holes in my sheets. I then went downstairs and politely asked to be upgraded at my expense. The next room was a suite with a beautiful corner room view. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work. The next day I asked for assistance to look at it, I was told it worked. I said I was cooler in the hallway than it was in my suite. They would not provide any help. I even had my brother who spoke Portuguese sort the issue as they didn’t seem interested. This resulted in the embarrassing task of relocating to 3 different rooms and then downgrading because there was no working air conditioning in many of the rooms despite the hotel saying it worked. To mention the other issues: I was double charged for my prepaid stay on the way out. Our rooms weren’t cleaned daIly. The buffet was not to standard Although is has a great location, try the Mercure one block back… this is not an Accor hotel. It’s not up to standard.. Dirty, rude staff, bad air conditioning, unclean.

Très mauvais séjour ! J’ai du quitter l'hôtel car la chambre ne correspondait pas a mes attentes ! C’est a dire que je paye une suite avec 2 chambres et l'hôtel me donne une chambre simple supérieur. Apres réclamation avec le réceptionniste, il ne vous rien savoir et même refuse l'intervention d'un responsable suite a ma demande. Une seule solution quitter cette hôtel, des vrais escroc !!! Apres une réclamation par email, voici leur réponse : Je vous remercie d'avoir pris le temps de nous parler de votre expérience au Caesar Business Belvedere. Je suis désolé que votre expérience ne réponde pas à vos attentes Permettez-moi d'exprimer mes plus sincères excuses

Cet hotel ne vaut pas son statut. Lui préférer le Mercure Lourdes. Service pas à la hauteur. Plats dégueulasses. Beaucoup de plats ne sont pas disponibles. Dans la crème de papaye il a a plus de creme au chocolat que de papaye. Le poisson a du etre passe 3 fois au four. Il faut mendier le savon et le shampoing. Ai demandé des sacs pour le pressing à l'accueil jamais recus. Le grill pain qui déclenche une alarme incendie dans le restaurant. Heureusement, face à l'hotel, il y a un mall ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
