للأسف الغرف كانت ضيقة والتكييف حار علماً بان التكييف في الممرات كان بارد وعندما تحدثنا مع الاستقبال وخدمة الغرف لم يكن لديهم اي رد إلا ان هذا نظام التكييف لدينا فلم نستطع النوم من شدة الحر من الارجح ان لا يصنف هذا الفندق من ضمن الفنادق ذات التكييف

Dear Ms. A., I am sorry that you were unable to have a restful night, and I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused. Unfortunately, our air conditioning system, which happens to be used in most hotels, continues to reach its technical limits and allows individual adjustments within a limited range only. I assure you that we are currently consulting specialists to find a solution that will leave our guests completely satisfied. آمل توضيح للزبون أن الوديعة في حالة النقد ترد إليه فور مغادرته ، أما إذا دفعها بالبطاقة فترد إليه بعد عدة أيام . هذه المسألة لم توضح لي . شكراً وفندقكم رائع والطعام صحي ومتنوع .

لا بأس بها مع وجود نواقص مهمة لا يليق بفندق باسم النوفتيل عدم تأمينها ومن أبسطها حامل الحقائب!!!

السلبيات : التكييف سيء والهواء جدا ضعيف ومن المؤسف ان يذكر لي الموظف ان من سياسة الفندق خفض التكاليف وبالمقابل انا دفعت مبلغ ولا علاقة لي بسياستكم ؟! السرير ضيق جدا جدا ويتسع لشخص واحد واعتقد انها كذلك من سياسة خفض التكاليف ؟! طلبت تنظيف الغرفة واحضرو لي فوطة متسخة وعليها بقع ؟!! وطلبت تغيير الفوط بالكامل وتم تغييرها ولدي تخوف ان عدم غسل الفوط من سياسة خفض التكاليف ايضا !!؟ الايجابيات : نظافة الفندق بشكل عام ووسائل الترفية. المخبز والكيك يالتحديد بالفندق ممتاز. بشاشة الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم. الموقع جيد وقربه من الترام. سرعة الاستجابة من خدمات الغرف. اعتقد يوجد فنادق افضل وتقدم خدمات اعلى جودة وبالقرب من سنتر ميونخ كذلك ولا اعتقد بتكرار التجربة واعتقد احترام العميل وتوفير وسائل الراحة له بتوفير تكييف مناسب واسره واسعه ومريحه اهم من سياسة خفض التكاليف !!

تم دفع مبلغ عند الدخول ولكني تفاجأت عند الخروج بأنهم يطالبوني بمبلغ السكن وعند اخراج الفواتير البنكية بعد البحث والتحقق تم اكتشاف ان تم الدفع اتمنى تسليم العميل ايصال من الفندق عند استلام اي مبلغ لان لو لم يتم اخراج الايصالات كان سيتسبب بمشكلة

مساء الخير سيدى العزيز . تم الحجز من قبل بوكينج وعند الوصول تم اعلامى انه يتوجب دفع وديعة تأمين بقيمة ١٠٠ يورو تسترد بعد الحجز والتأكد أن الغرفة لا يوجد بها تلفيات . و للأسف بند التأمين غير مذكور فى سياسة الفندق فى بوكينج ولو كان هذا البند مكتوب لم اكن لأححز فيه ثانيا . عندما تحدثت مع الريسبشن ان هذا البند غير موضوع فى سياسة الفندق فى بوكينح تم الرد أنه سياسة الفندق . والغريب فى الأمر أنى قمت بالحجز فى نوفيتل فيينا العام الماضى ولم يكن توجد وديعة تأمين !! ثالثا . الغرف العائلية ضيقة جدا والنظافة كانت سيئة فى الغرفة وحتى الأن لم يتم استرجاع المبلغ المخصوم منى وللأسف انى حاجز فى نوفيتل فينا غدا حجز مؤكد من بوكينج من اكثر من ١٠ ايام يوم ٢٦/٥ الى ٢٧/٥ ولو كان قابل للألغاء كنت لغيته حتى لا تتكرر هذة التجربة مرة أخرى . مرسل مع وافر التحية
