询问白人前台明显带有歧视感，楼道卫生不好，吸尘器和住客用完餐食放楼道一天都没见人收拾，服务一般，拿水告知还要自己去前台，不能送房间

入住的时候，因为房间隔音效果差，所以半夜能听到隔壁房间的人在打电话或者聊天，非常影响睡眠。房间里没有烧水壶

在布里斯班的4晚都选择住在这家索菲特中央大酒店。 酒店虽然有点老了，但胜在地理位置优越。前台人员也都很专业、友善。礼宾部那位带帽子的老爷爷非常亲切友好。 大堂可以直接通往布里斯班中央车站，前往southbank、黄金海岸等均很便利。 大堂还可直通至Ann Street，出来左转可步行至故事桥（约15分钟），右转则可步行至city及诸多公交车站（约5分钟），对面的公交车站还有直达UQ的411，非常便捷。和悉尼、墨尔本相比，昆州0.5元/趟的车费实在太香了。 PS：希望问卷调查的邮件可以设置选项“简体中文"，而非只有"繁体中文”。
