ベットやシャワーは快適、立地の良く、とてもリラックス出来た。Wi-Fiの接続にメールアドレスがパスワードだったが、正しく入れたのに接続できず使えなかったのが、残念だった。

隣にスーパーがあり便利な立地。 部屋が清潔で洗練されていた。 街の中心に位置していて、土曜日は隣接するバーの音楽や外を歩く人たちの声が夜遅くまでうるさかった。

大変立地が良く移動は楽だったが、繁華街の中にあるため夜中にもかかわらず騒音があり気になった。また、部屋の中にゴミ箱が見当たらなかったこと、コンセントの指し口が分かりにくい場所にあったことが不便でした。しかし、ブリスベン空港の早朝便のために利用しましたが24時間受付が空いているので便利でした。

We are glad to hear that you found our location convenient and that our 24-hour reception was helpful for your early morning flight. However, we sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance due to the hotel's location in the busy entertainment district, as well as the inconvenience caused by the placement of the power outlets in your room. Regarding the bin, we are currently working to reduce plastic bag usage as part of our sustainability efforts. However, when you request or share your comments with our team, we are always happy to provide alternative options for a bin to accommodate your needs. Please do let us know next time you stay with us, and if available, we would be more than happy to offer you a room on a higher floor or a different room to ensure a more comfortable and peaceful stay.
