The hotel is centrally located very much near Queen Street Mall. Many restaurants ans shops in walking distance. The restaurant serves very good Breakfast and Dinner choices are good. On the negative side the hotel needs massive refurbishment. The Carpets in lobby and passages are with stains and very old. The elevators are creaking. The size of rooms is small and comparable to any tourist hotel. All in all not upto Mercure Standards and expectations. Interiors need massive improvements. Location is plus point.Much is desired about Housekeeping. Room was not cleaned until 3pm. Tried to call housekeeping and reception from room no reply hence went to lobby and requested reception who assured it will be cleaned immidiately waited in lobby for 1 hour again inquired but they said again that it was not cleaned waited again for 45 minutes in lobby for the room to be cleaned.Despite my tour company having paid for the room the reception on check out again charged AUD 400 erroneously but apologised immidiately and assured that it will be credited to my credit card.

チェックイン時、大した説明なくほぼ無理やりメンバーにさせられた。 チェックインする為にメンバーにならなければいけないのか、今やらなければならないのか聞いたが、次回Earlyチェックインする際に必要だから、とよくわからない回答だった。(次回予約はしていない。) また、Wi-Fiがなく繋がるのに時間がかかることを伝えてもWi-Fiコードをくれるわけでもなくメンバーになるまで拘束を解いてくれなかった。そのような状況にも関わらず、フロントが混んできたら部屋でやれと追い出された。 長時間フライトで疲れていて思考回路が鈍かったのはあるが、大変腹が立った。 部屋についてはコネクティングルームであることを事前に知らされなかった。女性1人の場合は極力避けるべきであり、せめてチェックイン時に知らせるべき。 バスルームにあったタオルは髪の毛だらけ、シャワースペースの扉は完全に閉まらず水漏れがひどい、トイレットペーパーホルダーには埃が溜まっていた。 ウェルカムドリンクもステイ中ずっと閉まっていて1度ももらえなかった。 挙げ句の果てに、チェックアウト前日に依頼したモーニングコールが来なかった。 もはや期待していなかったが、ここまで最悪だと笑いが込み上げた。 もう絶対に利用しない。メルキュールと言うブランドに期待しすぎていた。 会社組織で大口の滞在先を探す事もあるが、推薦する事はまずない。

Great location in the city, i found the hotel to be the exact opposite to the reviews I read online and on the Accor App. Great staff and helpful. Parking options available but booked online. Rooms are clean with amenities and serviced though I do note the service after the first night does not restock everything which is sad as the room rate does not change so we should expect a set standard. Rooms are quiet and no noise issues during my stay. Ok value for money. Love the roof top pool. Received a welcome drink also and upgraded to the 14th floor

Food in the restaurant was nice. Also reasonable prices. The gym was 1 star quality. When I finally found it (it's in the Pullman Tower and is very badly signed) some of the equipment was broken, the water had run out and it was like training in a prison cell ...
