Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback in such detail. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your recent stay. It is very disappointing to learn that you were not assisted with your luggage upon arrival and that a trolley was left outside your room for several hours. This is far from the standard of attentiveness we aim to provide to all guests. We have also taken note of your concerns regarding the condition and cleanliness of the room. A stained headboard, leftover items in the bathroom, torn carpet, broken or missing furnishings, and absent amenities are clearly not in line with the level of comfort and quality expected from a deluxe room. Your comments about the missing items highlight areas that require immediate attention from our housekeeping and inventory teams. We also acknowledge and regret the lack of response to the email you sent prior to your review. We understand the importance of timely communication and will be reviewing our internal follow-up process to prevent similar delays. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared in full with our management team. The matters you’ve raised are being taken seriously and are under internal review. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you encountered several issues during your visit. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the room maintenance and amenities, and I’m disappointed to learn that the repairs you requested were not attended to. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. Our team is addressing the issues you’ve highlighted, including the Wi-Fi connectivity and the concerns with the Bluetooth speaker and lamp, to ensure that future guests don’t face similar challenges. It’s also concerning to hear that some of our staff were not as welcoming as they should have been, and I will personally address this matter with the team to ensure better service moving forward.
