Spent 5 nights at the Ibis in Grenfell st and appreciated the location. Rooms were kept clean and staff on the desk helpful.

I had the best experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were in excellent condition and very clean. They were environmentally conscious as they did not supply individual soaps and shampoo and plastic bags in bins- very happy to see this. The food from the restaurant was lovely and the option of early check in and late check out was fantastic. A real 5 star experience. Thank you.

1. I booked through Accor Plus but the system did not show up my membership detail, the ibis need to fill it up manually. 2. The staffs mark up the welcome drinks and it took so long to solve the issue. 3. All the tree rooms have so many mosquitoes. we are on level two and facing the Main Street, too noisy and could not get a good rest. I don't think we will come back.

I had a great time staying at the Ibis. It's central location made it easy to walk to different locations. The room was clean and comfortable. Always love starting the day with the buffet breakfast!
