Sensational place to stay. Staff and service levels elite! Comfortable beds, spacious room, buffet breakfast in the restaurant was sensational Left the car at the motel and caught the tram to the city. Tram stop a short walk away Highly recommended

We had a very unpleasant trip - the aircon in our room initially did not work, and then started pumping a horrible chemical smell into our room. It was very unpleasant and staff were unhelpful. We were eventually moved rooms at midnight. Overall, the service was very poor - the value for money is terrible, as there don't seem to be enough staff to look after the high volume of guests, and the internal systems are useless (it took almost 3 hours for anyone to respond to requests, we were consistently hung up on by the front desk, and amenities like the iron etc were broken and never replaced). Additionally, we attempted to book room service, but it was never delivered and I am still (almost two weeks later) chasing a refund. It is REALLY hard to find assistance, with calls and emails both unanswered.

Rooms not up to standard even though we were promised excellent service. When entering room it was not cleaned, rubbish still in bin, a shower cap was on the smoke detector assuming this was done by the previous occupier. Window not sealed therefore we could hear the traffic as if we were literally on the street . There is more and finally they made up by giving us 50 percent off the dinner meal and we are glad they did cause the meal was suitable for a 3 year old !! The portions were next to nothing ! I cannot explain how dissatisfied and disappointing this stay was !

Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstance. We booked a room in this hotel and we were given a room that would not be fit for 1 star Hotel. Lots of works happening in hotel and parts are like a building site. We requested the king room which we had booked. After about 10 mins receptionist said she had a queen room if we would like to see. It was 12 at night. We had no choice. No apology was given. We were given vouchers for brekafast and told that we would get breakfast on hotel. We ended up paying 50 dollars for breakfast. Pool was not supervised. Kids were in and out of steam room and jacuzzi.

Stayed for business meetings and overall service was disappointing, not helpful, most things don’t work or seem to much trouble to sort out both from a room and also meeting perspective Room very basic and breakfast was average at best with most things running out, coffee machines broken and food quality fairly poor Also by a main road so when using meeting rooms noise is quite off putting and makes hearing people more difficult than it should be
