It’s a good hotel to reminisce about the 90’s when this hotel rocked. It still has the penthouse suites will sauna and spa to fit 6 adults. The hotel is a fair bit outdated but you can’t question the service, size of rooms, location and reasonable pricing.

Could not have had a better experience - check in was friendly and helpful, parking a dream, and the upgrade to the Gold Penthouse.... wow! Thank you so much to all the team, made a good night, great!

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in - and I'm 63 and have stayed in a lot over the years! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. My daughter booked us a king room with spa for our wedding anniversary. When we got to our room, we were wonderfully surprised to see that they'd upgraded us to a king suite, with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely hand-written card. The suite was perfect and we're sad we were only staying one night. Breakfast was amazing as well - buffet here! What was a lovely addition that I've never seen anywhere else are Nespresso stations all throughout the hotel, free for guests! (Just a shame George Clooney wasn't there to share one with!!) Will definitely be back.

Room was fantastic, could not fault it. Very comfortable and relaxing. Opened up double doors looked out to a lovely parkland. Walk out the other side of the hotel into the busy Chappel St. Lots of shops and restaurants to chose from.

Room service was shocking , the food very average and delivered to the door by a kitchen hand The suite was ok , very dated and the outside terrace looked like a war zone . Breakfast in The Brasserie , a tiny space for the size of the Hotel, was chaotic and then I was double charged on check out and took over 10 days to resolve The staff were great though .
