Helpful friendly staff, clean big comfy room, each bedroom had a view. Fully equipped kitchen, even had Italian peculator & grinded coffee & Soda stream!!. 360deg view towards the Dandenongs & the bay. Beautiful. Looking forward to return

no restaurant, no sheer curtains in front bedroom, no light ...dark, no proper maintenance ..a bit dilapidated apartment, no milk - just whitener (how cheap!!), no complimentary biscuits, no tea (!!!!) no etc etc etc...just no Don't bother !!!

Room was pocky, hallways were recently painted without care or QC (paint rolled over room number), room lighting was very bright, aftermarket Nespresso pods tasted really bad, exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy and could not be turned off, no sheer curtains in bedroom meant no light with privacy. I could go on but what's the point?

Lovely experience all round. Would stay here again. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Access to sauna, steam room & small pool The location in Southbank is good, and the bar is great for a drink. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. View from room is nothing flash.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. From the moment we entered the lovely fragrance was the first thing I noticed. It’s a little dark on entry but gives off a real moody vibe, that makes you want to stay in and relax. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Spacious living and rooms. Good location, only a short distance to the tennis by Uber and crown casino is just around the corner for parking. We dined in the restaurant, the food was great and the staff were fantastic. The coffee was lovely in the morning and breakfast looked delicious too., unfortunately I was still full from dinner.
