We are truly sorry to hear that your experience fell significantly short of your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, including the poor room service food quality and delivery , your suite feeling dated with an unkempt terrace , the chaotic breakfast experience in a small space, and the unacceptable double charging issue at checkout which took too long to resolve.
