还不错,但是大堂洗手间的水龙头坏了,希望修好

毛巾上有粪便污渍、马桶上有尿液、床单上有类似精液的物资,房间布局很奇怪。反馈问题后,直到退房,经理都没有跟我们沟通,卫生问题也没有及时处理,需要客人自己擦!这一次五星酒店住宿,真的太糟糕了!

前台印度裔女经理,对员工弄错客人信息,导致客人入住出现问题,不是尽量解决问题,而是各种推卸责任,造成客人情绪激动。后期态度极端恶劣,引起不必要的纠纷,伙同当地华人,号称是酒店经理,以安全为由,要求客人夜里一点离开酒店,且不退后边两天任何的费用。
