We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the amazing view from the property. However, we sincerely apologize that several maintenance and amenity issues affected your overall experience. We understand how frustrating and uncomfortable it must have been to encounter these concerns during your stay. Please accept our apologies for the missing shampoo and conditioner, the damaged shower room door, the unpleasant odor in the laundry area, and the issue with the door lock not functioning correctly. These matters should have been identified and resolved before your arrival, and we regret that our apartment did not meet the expected standard of comfort and convenience. Your feedback has been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for immediate review and follow-up. We are reinforcing our apartment inspection processes to ensure that all facilities, essential amenities, and safety features are checked thoroughly prior to guest arrival.
