We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the amazing view from the property. However, we sincerely apologize that several maintenance and amenity issues affected your overall experience. Please accept our apologies for the missing shampoo and conditioner, the damaged shower room door, the unpleasant odor in the laundry area, and the issue with the door lock not functioning correctly.
