何度もステイしている、友達の近くの立地は好いが、今回はリフトが3機のうち2機故障、 4日のステイでタオルの交換なし

We truly appreciate your loyalty and are pleased to hear that you continue to enjoy our convenient location. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift outages during your stay. We understand how frustrating this would have been, especially over several days, and we appreciate your patience while these issues were being addressed. Regarding the towel service, we would like to kindly clarify that for stays of fewer than seven nights, rooms are placed on a light service upon request. This is part of Accor’s sustainability initiative aimed at reducing our carbon footprint through responsible water and energy usage. That said, fresh towels and servicing are always available upon request, and our team is more than happy to assist at any time. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. ・立地など  Chatwood駅より数分でとても良い立地にあるホテル。  夜間は人が少ないが、駅近のため比較的安全と感じる。  また、駅からホテルまでの途中にセブンイレブンもあり買い物も問題がなし。  ショッピングモールも近いため買い物も比較的簡単に行える。 ・部屋  家電が備え付けのため、長期滞在向けと思われる。  シャワールームはガラス仕切りが短く、浴槽外まで水が飛ぶため機能していない。   コンセントはたくさんあるが、USBジャックは2箇所しかないため準備必要。  2箇所のうち、1箇所は壊れており通電しなかった。 ・その他  エレベーターが工事中のため少々不便。  受付(夜間男性)の対応が悪い。  受付(昼間、夕方女性)の対応はとても良く感じがいい。

We are truly pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from Chatswood Station, with easy access to nearby shopping centres and a convenience store along the way. It is also reassuring to know that you felt relatively safe in the area, even during the evening hours. At the same time, we sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We are sorry to hear about the shower glass partition not functioning effectively and the issues with the USB charging ports. Your comments have been carefully noted and will be shared with our maintenance team so these matters can be reviewed and improved. We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing elevator works and truly appreciate your patience during this time. Most importantly, we are very sorry to learn about your experience with the night-time male front desk staff member. This is certainly not the standard of service we aim to provide. Your feedback has been taken seriously and will be addressed with our management team to ensure a more consistent and welcoming level of service across all shifts. Very poor experience. Unfortunately I couldn’t recommend this hotel/apartment and unfortunately poor value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately didn’t explain the essential thing to know about this hotel. No daily housekeeping unless you’re prepared to pay extra (this is not even mentioned on the Accor ALL App which was never mentioned at check in (found all this out when our room wasn’t serviced). No restaurant or breakfast available. Platinum Accor member - arranged a 12 noon check out which was confirmed at check in and only get a phone call at 11am on day of check out wanting to know why I didn’t check out at 10am. The pluses, very close to public transport, shopping, car park fee and well presented room.

I sincerely apologise for the disappointment you experienced regarding the restaurant and for any feelings of being undervalued as an Accor member. Please know that your loyalty and support mean a great deal to us. We have, on multiple occasions, advocated for the reopening of the restaurant and for enhanced services and facilities for our valued VIP members. We are always on your side and want to provide the best possible experience, but ultimately, such decisions rest with higher management. Please rest assured that we continue to raise these requests and do everything within our capacity to improve our offerings. We truly value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a stay that better reflects the standards you expect from Accor. 最初は洗濯機のないお部屋でしたが、フロントの方に尋ねると翌日洗濯機付きのお部屋へ変更してくださりありがたかったです。フロントの方が時間帯によっては不在だったりしていましたが、駅からも近く便利に快適に過ごせました。

This is the 2nd Mantra property that we've decided to check into, and we were not disappointed .... the 1st being @ Mantra 2 Bond Street. We were attended to by Beatriz and her team, and we were very thankful for the ease of checking in and out. Our stay was broken up into 2 cos we had to visit MELB in between but we were welcomed back with open arms upon our return ..... before returning to Singapore. What made Mantra Chatswood the perfect location for us was the access to Chatswood Metro & Trains, as well as the bus network. Getting around SYD was a breeze. In addition to which, it's opposite Chatswood Interchange and dining/shopping/supermarkets was so so easy. All in all we were very pleased with our stay @ Mantra Chatswood, and will not hesitate to return here for our future stays in SYD.
