Great Apartment but Poor Service.

Great position, poor air-conditioning.

We're delighted to hear you appreciated our prime location at Circular Quay and the spectacular views of the Harbour Bridge, as well as the convenience of our well-equipped apartment, including the washing and drying facilities. We understand your disappointment regarding the condition of the apartment, specifically the dated furnishings and chipped paintwork, and how it differed from the website photos. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, especially considering the price you paid. We also acknowledge your concern about the ineffective air conditioning and the discomfort it caused during your stay. We will immediately investigate the air conditioning unit in your assigned apartment and address the issues regarding the room's condition.
