Best memorable stay. Stayed in room no 1018 on 10th floor for 4 nights. What a beautiful property very close to the beach. Very spacious room with best of the linen and pillows were of high standard. Staff very courteous. Took only 3 minutes to check in. Breakfast spread was very vast and tasty

Not everyone was happy with its location but I love the week I spent there. I stayed in the older rooms and was extremely happy. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean every day, the view from my room was incredible. I would stay here again.

We stayed at the Pullman Cairns International for a whole week. The experience was, to say the least, deeply disappointing. The hotel advertises itself as a 5-star venue with exemplary service but the reality is far less. The swimming pool was not accessible. The morning breakfast spread was extremely limited and very average, nowhere up to a 5-star standard. The reception service was often sluggish and dismissive. We were frequently made to feel as if we were a burden and information was never forth-coming. Having stayed for a week and paid over $3K, we were then told we needed to pay an extra $40 for requesting a later checkout on the day of departure. All in all, as beautiful as Cairns was, the Pullman was a thorough let-down and we would certainly never frequent any Pullman hotel again.

After receiving a acsess card which didn't work for the car Park. We found ourselves in an ols delapitated room with no milk for coffee and no soap to wash our hands. we had dinner at Coco,s downstaires . The coral trout was so over cooked it was like rubber and flavourless. The halls had ripped and waterdamaged carpet. Then arriving home we had to wait for days for our room bond of $50 per night to be released back to us. Go across the road to the Pullman Reef Casino, we never have any problems there and the staff and rooms are fantastic.

Excellent hotel in great waterside location. Awesome, friendly and efficient staff. When they realized it was our wedding anniversary, they upgraded us to an excellent, newly renovated room with beautiful views. They also sent a cake, fruit and champagne to our room on arrival. Best hotel bed I have ever slept on. Thank you
