Well that was underwhelming. To start with you are hit with a $30 per night parking fee, nowhere on the booking page does it say that parking costs extra. Next up the person checking us in tried to charge my partner for the room despite having already paid for the room online. The room is good enough but the cost and corning cutting is ridiculous. 2 instant coffee sachets is not enough. The doona on the bed not having a cover on it is gross and unhygienic, there weren't any pillow cases for the spare pillows either. The TV entertainment system is a joke. I didn't appreciate staff banging on the door an hour before checkout looking to clean the room. How about you wait until the guests checkout...

Hi there, I stayed in room 505 and unfortunately, had some issues that are very atypical of Accor properties. I found spider web on the roof, basin water not going down easily (which I fixed myself) and TV remote being very erratic. Please fix these for the next stays. On top, my card got charged (and reversed when I emailed) while the company had paid for the accommodation. Overall, not great service. Thanks team

- Our room has a terrible drainage smell from the bathroom - The powerpoint in the bathroom didn't work - The iron was not working properly - The reception on the TV was terrible - On arrival, the night manager tried to charge me for the room cost again, even though the accommodation cost was paid in full at the time of booking. On proving this was the case by showing him the transaction record on my credit card statement, there was no apology, just "OK". - Parking was good
