Very happy from initial reception staff to dining staff for dinner. GF well catered for and meal was excellent, compliments to the chef. Breakfast was such a positive experience with staff being so helpful in checking on GF options, did not make me feel like a pain at all. I felt welcomed and well catered for. Thank you Newcastle Novotel, will certainly be coming back and looking forward to it.

Still has a bit more of a serviced apartment vibe than a hotel vibe. But the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location to the beach was good.
