I personally wouldn’t class this as a 4.5 star hotel . I felt it was quite pricey for room only but others may disagree …. Not even free drinking water in the bedroom ( though we did have tea and coffee making Facilities) . I have to say I’ve stayed in better in the UK .( also in Perth and Fremantle ) We booked a standard room so obviously if you pay more you’ll get a nicer room/ view. Big comfy bed, bathroom nice and nice toiletries provided. Reception staff very pleasant . We didn’t have breakfast there - we chose to go to Tods cafe as we’d had Lunch there the previous day and enjoyed it . Mandurah is a pretty place to visit .

Another truly fantastic stay at The Sebel Mandurah! The staff were, as always, incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was wonderfully spacious, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax, and the generous bathroom was a definite highlight. We especially love the location, being just steps away from the vibrant Mandurah Boardwalk, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the waterfront atmosphere. The entire hotel was also well-maintained, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We can't wait to return!

We've stayed at the Sebel a number of times and have always had a lovely room. This time was no exception although our view, for the first time, was over the pool and out towards to ocean. We're normally looking across towards town but both views are fine. It did mean we could sit in the afternoon sunshine on our balcony this time. Checkin is very easy as is checkout. And the staff were very friendly. The room we had was spacious with a good size bathroom and a comfy bed. Two lounge chairs, a desk, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. And an iron and ironing board. Recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Mandurah.

We stayed twice at the Sebel - once on our way to Margaret river and again on our way back to Perth. We enjoyed the location which was walkable to the Marina and many restaurants. Both times we had a friendly check in and check out - the front of house staff are assets! Both rooms were spotless and we were comfortable - great rainwater shower. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained. We had breakfast on our first stay and it was to standard (my almond croissant was delicious). We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff, on arrival and during our stay, were above and beyond and very friendly. 😊 Beds and pillows are superb and very comfortable. Lovely toiletry range left us feeling refreshed and ready for our day, and night! Breakfast choice is lovely, tasty and beautifully presented. At night we went to The Pen, It has a really nice atmosphere… with a fabulous female singer! Had a superb pizza too! 😊 Highly recommend the Sebel. Thank you all for a lovely weekend!
